   the part is called a wiper arm linkage the nylon couplings wear out and they keep popping off

   If you’re so broke you want used worn out parts, forget the repair and just buy some Rain-X for the windshield!

   nylon bushes at linkage ends worn so not keeping on ball joints usually avail as spares or comp let linkage £70 / 100 dealer or GOOD s/hand parts swedish /german or french car parts suppliers.

   Depends if the linkage is worn on the motor or the rod. You could probably pick either up from a scrap yard or ebay
