I have a renault scenic 03 and the boot wont open?

checked the fuses and all seems ok, any other ideas?

    Hi there, it sounds as if the solenoid is faulty or stuck in the locked position, what you are going to have to do is get access to the boot panel. try and ease off the panel as much as you can without damaging it to get to boot lock linkage move the linkage to open lock, then you will be able to see the problem if it is a stuck or faulty solenoid or a linkage fault. Jock
