   its ME ive been trying to get in for ages …LOL…sorry one of those silly moments . if the car is still under warranty get the garage to sort it .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   check the door sensor at the bottom these have a habit of coming loose.

   check the glove pocket or under the seat cabinet in case someone has left something there. You could also try the speaker which is fixed in the door, the retaining screwas might be lose.
   If your under warranty then take it back to renault.
