It's the normal wheel arrangement but one fastener on each wheel will need a special socket. this should have been supplied with the car, or at least the code to buy a new one.
Alloys can stick to the hub after a long time (6 months will do) and once you are sure that all the fixings have been removed you may need to persuade the wheel to come off by hitting it from the back with a soft face hammer

First of all, what in the heck is a Renault Scenic Megan?!?! It's either Renault Scenic, or Renault Megane. For both of them, you should find a tubular wrench for the wheel screws in your trunk. Also, the jack should also be there. Usually, Renault keeps the jack on the left hand vertical wall of the trunk compartment interior. The L tubular key for the wheel screws should be on the right hand wall of the trunk interior. Put the jack under the car (there are places marked accordingly in front of the rear wheels and behind the front wheels), loosen the screws while the car is on the ground (only work one wheel at a time), lift the car up, (don't forget to pull the brakes and shift the gearbox in the first gear and of course, turn off the engine), and then use the wheel screws wrench to take the screws out. Take out the wheel and insert the new one. Tighten the screws. Lower the car. You're set. Or, for a few bucks you might want to have it done by the professional guys at your local auto repair shop, gas station or tyre outlet. Won't cost much and saves you a lot of sweat ant toil...

IF you have bought it from a dealer, they should have made sure that the tools required were with the car. If not, then you may have a problem as there is usually a "special" key to remove a locking device. If you haven`t got it....oh dear! it`s going to be awkward, a main dealer job, and that means EXPENSIVE !

you will need the locking nut, that is specific to your alloys.

if you havn't got ot, order a replacement, cos if you use anything else to remove them, you wont be able to lock them again.
