we have a Renault scenic but the best thing to do would be to take it back to the Renault dealers like we did

You should be able to have any type of autochanger. However, it would be a good idea to purchase a Renault one. These can be supplied at your dealership, but may come at a price, especially if you request installation.

You could buy one from Halfords (UK)

Far too vague a question to get any sort of useful answer. Certainly Meganes don’t have a very good record when it comes to reliability, but it could be a simple fault like a fuel pump or blocked injector.
Needs to go to a garage.
